GENERAL CONTRACTING

General Contracting is the more common and traditional delivery method of construction services. Typically three (3) parties are involved in this type of project; the owner, the architect/engineer and the general contractor.

DESIGN BUILD

The Design-Build method of construction is an off-shoot of general contracting whereby there is only one contract for the design and construction of a project.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Construction Management is an alternative to the traditional project delivery process. A construction manager (CM) is hired on a fee basis as an agent of the owner and is an additional service to conventional architectural and engineering services.
